It took awhile, but we finally got in contact with Tuscon Local 2544 to see what steps they are taking to resolve this issue.  I've been informed by Attorney Michael Baranic of Gattey and Baranic to have any agent from Yuma Sector affected by this issue get in contact with his lawfirm.  Currently, Local 2595 has a contract in the works to have start a Legal Defense Plan with Mr. Baranics firm.  At this time, the firm is representing agents from Tuscon Sector on a contingency plan.  I encourage any agents who attended the 6th day training at the academy to contact Mr. Baranic at (619) 232-8142.
