At the last Union meeting, the E-board presented it's members with a new Legal Services Plan with the lawfirm of Gattey
and Baranic.
This new plan will put experienced labor management lawyers in charge of proposals for discipline from initial request
for information all the way to arbitration. This will give the officers of the Local 2595 more time to deal with grievances
and other issues.
Management has made it clear that they have the funds and intend to take every proposal for discipline to arbitration.
With proposals of ten days for being tardy being handed out, this we can't afford not to consider this plan.
