The most common way that members are not receiving their member cards is the union did not receive your address. When filling out your application there is a line for your address. If the application is not filled out properly you will not receive your card.

For non-members looking to apply make sure it is filled out properly. We are in the middle of putting up a sample application to display the proper way.
